1./Can I change my order if I accidentally choose the wrong item?
Order cannot be changed after we shipped out the item.
2./What should I do if I received damaged, defective or wrong item?
We will send you the product again without any change. We will refund the shipping fee to you when you return the damaged, defective or wrong product to us.
Remark 1:
We only accept to return within 7days of receipt.
Remark 2:
Please contact us at resisology@gmail.com and state the problem. It will be helpful if you can attach relevant photo. We do not accept the return without our consent.
Remark 3:
The returned product must be unworn and unused, include any hangtag and packaging also.
Remark 4:
The product color between photo and real product may have little bit difference due to monitor. Therefore, the refund/exchange/return system is not included to this case.
Remark 5:
If the original purchased product was out of stock, we will refund to you with the same payment method.
3./Can I get refund/exchange/return if I am not satisfied the product?
The refund/exchange/return policy only apply to the case that you received damaged, defective or wrong item.
4./Do I have to pay taxes and duties?
You may need to pay taxes and duties depending on your country and district. You are responsible for all taxes and duties. The courier or post office will contact you about the relevant information.
